I had a delightful stay at Holberry House. Everything was great, including the excellent facilities. the staff were welcoming and had fantastic local knowledge. the location is marvellous, just a short walk from the town centre. It's also conveniently located near Pemberton, Margaret River, and beautiful gardens close to Nannup village.

The hotel is conveniently located next to beautiful gardens, the township, and the main town center. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food and was more than adequate. the service was friendly and welcoming.

This venue features elegant and airy bedrooms, is situated in a stunning location with a bakery and shops just a short walk away, and the staff are incredibly efficient and provide amazing service.

The room was elegant and featured central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV, which were lovely surprises. the location was stunning, set on a hillside back from the village. it was just a short distance from beautiful gardens, and the host was very accommodating. We have visited Nannup six or seven times over the past 12 years.

A wonderful find in Nannup, Holberry House Bed & Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hosts were outstanding and the property was beautiful, with a homely and comfy vibe. The continental breakfast included was delicious, with fresh fruit and homemade bread. The common areas were excellent, with lounges, books, and games. The gardens were extensive and a joy to explore. a serene and grand setting with fabulous rooms. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I absolutely loved the charming and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful floral arrangements and cozy fireplace in the lounge area created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's layout was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas throughout the property.

It would have been even better if there were more assistance available from the staff, especially for senior guests. Perhaps having dedicated staff members specifically trained to cater to the needs of older individuals would enhance the vacation experience.

Holberry House in Nannup offers beautiful gardens, an interesting Sculpture Walk, and a charming old world decor. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, with homemade bread and muffins. The hosts are friendly and informative, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Not only is the accommodation top-notch, but the location is also perfect for thrill-seeking teenagers like us. We visited the Margaret River Chocolate factory and tasted the most mouthwatering chocolates ever! And let's not forget about the world-class boutique wineries - we felt so fancy sipping on delicious wines. The adventure didn't stop there, though. We explored the stunning forests, swam in picturesque swimming holes, and even checked out Fonti's Cheese factory. It was a wild weekend filled with amazing places to visit!

If there's one thing we would've loved to have at Holberry House, it's a happening party spot for young people like us. Don't get me wrong, the accommodation was awesome, but we teenagers love to have some fun!

The accommodation was not what I was expecting. the room was small and cramped, without any natural light, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. the breakfast was just average, with limited options, and the service lacked warmth and was quite impersonal. the gardens were the only redeeming factor, although the pool was far too small to be of any use.

The noise levels were quite high, with thin walls between rooms and loud music playing till late at night.

Pretty gardens with ducks roaming about and some nice walking trails. the room was comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring nearby national parks.

The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet, and there was no non-slip mat or coating to prevent falls. the breakfast was lackluster and not up to the standard we were expecting for the price we paid.
